Stories That Heal
Real stories of individuals who re-righted their story
This is a sacred space where I share real stories of individuals who chose the path of soul alignment, healing, and rewriting life’s narratives.
Whether you are navigating change, seeking deeper purpose, or simply curious about the soul’s wisdom, may these words spark something within you.
Let this be a place where your truth feels seen and your next chapter begins.
Not results I promise. Stories individuals chose to tell.
Every story on this page is in the person’s own words, shared with their permission. They come from Sydney, Melbourne, Suva, Vienna and beyond, from single sessions and from full coaching programs.
What they have in common is a moment of recognising a story that was no longer theirs, and the choice to begin re-righting it.
Some stories can only be rewritten in the presence of others who are rewriting theirs.
I know how much it mattered, in my own journey, to hear from someone a few steps ahead of me. A Ghost Narrative loosens a little every time you see that someone else has set theirs down. That is what these stories are for.
Transformation is not about becoming whole. Transformation is about reclaiming what was always whole.

Jason Wetherton's Transformation
He chose to transform his life ...
If something in these stories recognised something in you, that recognition is the signal.
Each of these individuals began at Stage I, Recognise: a quiz, a call, one honest conversation. There is no right place to start, only the place that is calling you now.
Your story is waiting to be told from the other side.
There is nothing wrong with your life. But there may be a story within it that is no longer true. The individuals above saw theirs. You can too.
Sessions with Sandra Nand are coaching and spiritual in nature. They are not acute-crisis support and do not replace medical, psychological, legal or financial professional care. Akashic Records and soul-level readings are interpretive work, offered as perspective rather than proven fact. Every story is an individual experience and is not a promise of the same outcome.
