My Initial Situation

I was experiencing self-sabotaging behaviour that prevented me from living and experiencing my true potential.

My Experiences As A Result Of The Session

The session on Overcoming Self-Sabotage was incredibly insightful. It was eye-opening to realise how I had created certain self-sabotaging behaviours five to ten years ago, which impacted various areas of my life before this reading.

Becoming aware of these patterns helped me understand how important it is to prioritise myself and make decisions that reflect my self-worth. I have learned that it is okay to put myself first and that I should not feel guilty for doing so.

This work has also encouraged me to be proud of my achievements and to act from a place of confidence rather than fear. I have started taking the actions I truly want to take and trusting myself more in the process.

It has inspired reflection in several areas of my life and has motivated me to initiate meaningful changes.

Overall, I feel happier and lighter.

Transformational Moments I Experienced During My Journey

A major breakthrough for me was recognising the self-imposed behaviours that had been limiting me. Through this (Overcoming Self-Sabotage) and other readings (Soul Realignment, Life Situation readings), I have noticed a drastic shift in these patterns by doing deep work on myself.

Examples:

• Overgiving in relationships: I used to struggle with setting boundaries. Now, I feel comfortable saying “no” without guilt.

• Financial self-sabotage: I used to avoid financial planning and money management. Now, I have taken steps to manage and grow my finances through multiple sources.

• Negative self-talk: I have let go of negative thought patterns and now recognise that I am worthy of success and abundance. The readings have also supported my meditation practice, helping me stay in a positive vibration.
