My Initial Situation

I have been working with Sandra for a number of years now and have consistently chosen to do a Life Situation with her when I felt like I needed to stop, reflect and intentionally realign various aspects of my life with the ultimate goal of finding clarity.

My Experiences As A Result Of The Session

On completion of my life situation reading, I found clarity in so many areas of my life, stemming from key situations. This considerably helped me gain awareness of my behaviours and helped me set boundaries.

I am more conscious of how I show up in my relationships, more present in my experiences and find comfort in putting myself first.
