It was not until I invested in myself that anything changed: life-changing programs with Tony Robbins, retreats with Dr Joe Dispenza, and my own coaching through Tony Robbins coaching. That is when life started to take form, and I began to create my own reality and my own experiences.
The plans were never the problem. I had been trying to move them on my own. That is what a session is for.

What to expect
Before your session
You will receive a confirmation and a link. Come with one honest question or situation. You do not need to prepare a history; the story tends to surface on its own.
During your session
We talk. I listen, reflect back what I hear and sense, and where it serves you we work energetically to clear what is holding the pattern in place. You remain in charge of what you share and what you take from it.
After your session
You receive the recording. Most individuals find the session keeps working for days afterwards, so give yourself some quiet. If a follow-up program would help, I will say so plainly; if it would not, I will say that too.
Is this therapy or medical care?
No. This is coaching and spiritual work. It sits alongside professional care and never replaces it.
